In a completely disastrous change of events the Inquisition announced exterminatus over the planet of Omega secundus and declared the Omega dooms Excumincatus when Chapter Master Steffan Maksim ordered the assault of Inquisitor Johandus Persisilis' Imperial Cruiser and Nearly whipped out the crew and Grey Knights stationed on the ship. Realizing the battle was lost the made a fighting retreat to their battle cruiser and vanished into the warp. Being hounded by the Inquisition forces lead by brother captain Areandus Maxim accompanied by a squad of his brothers and a company of inquisitional storm troopers. Steffan starts to hear whispers and see visions of the emperor telling him that his chapters salvation waits for him in the maelstrom. seeing this as the sign he needs steffan orders the navigator to chart a course.
